Kara was absolutely amazing! The food was so good. We were a party of 7…all food came out at the same time and everything was hot and delicious!

Zero quality control and where do I start? Server was very nice. Food was sub par. We ordered the spinach dip and their supplier was not delivering the pita chips that go with the dip as advertised, fine. We got it with nacho chips but it was lukewarm. The dip tasted good but it was not hot and it should be. I ordered the 7 ounce steak medium rare with onion rings, fries, and coleslaw. The steak was burnt around the edges, the fries were cold and stale, and the 2 onion rings were actually 1 whole and a piece of 1. Also, there was a hair in the coleslaw and a piece of wilted lettuce on my steak. I didn't want to complain to the waitress because she was really nice and I felt bad for her running around but there was so much wrong with the meal in terms of how it was served. I just asked for an extra onion ring as the meal was supposed to come with it and my husband mentioned the hair in the coleslaw. It's just not right to charge so much for food and then just slop whatever on the plate and serve it to customers. I've been to other Montana locations and had great food but after spending $160 I will never go back to this location. The cooks need retraining and the restaurant was not busy at all so why such poor quality control? I don't go to restaurants often and this was by far one of the worst experiences. The washroom was filthy. All three toilets were full of human waste, made me sick to my stomach after eating whatever I could. More washroom checks and cleaning it was stomach turning. Totally not acceptable but again it's management and higher ups that need to ensure that employees are not being lazy and making sure there is quality control before serving customers.

Daphne was our server and did a great job! She was super cheerful and took special care of us since I had an egg allergy. Thank you so much Daphne and keep doing a great job!
