Burger King - Bowmanville

We used to go to this location all the time even though we were quite annoyed that we paid for cheese on our burgers and never got it. However, we haven't been back to this location since the time we found wood chips in our burger. I contacted the store and they wouldn't do anything about it. All I wanted was a new burger which I didn't think was too much to ask for. I then preceded to contact Burger King Franchise customer service and they were even worse. At first they said they would have the manager at this establishment contact me to reach a resolution but I never received any call. I tried speaking to the manager and they always said they would get back to me and never did. I then continuously reached out by email several times and was ignored. Worst customer service.

I sometimes stop at the drive-thru after work on a Friday or Saturday night about 11ish. The youth working were so polite and friendly . It's also nice that you can order ice cream or a milkshake late at night unlike their competitors across the road. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
