Taco Bell - Bowling Green

Taco bell will always be a favorite, I was just on a kick at another place for my tacos lately. I thought I'd turn it on. eating is always good here, not thrown together and also a chaos!

I work in the business park right across the street from this TC, and I LOVE Taco Bell. But may last 2 or 3 experiences have been awful. I place (and pay for my order online, then walk over there, only to find out that the lobby is closed (meaning I have to wait on the passenger side of whatever car is parked at the drive-thru window . And today, when I got there (drive-thru window again and told them my name and my order, they told me, Oh, we couldn 't make that, because we didn 't have the ingredients! Well, can I get a refund? You 'll have to ask for one online. Which I did (and I hope I get it . But I WILL NOT be using this restaurant again ... not until you get your shizz together.

Waited at the speaker for 15 mins and we thought we were being patience and understanding by thinking they could be short staffed and the line was long. However once he did speak to us he could barely get his words out and people were laughing in the background and playing around clearly, and he only let us order one thing before cutting us off and not letting us add anything else.

This has to be the worst Taco Bell in existence. Not even sure how this place stays open. Drive thru took over 45 minutes on a Friday evening. Employees looked like they were hanging out and ignoring their duties. Cashier took 5 minutes to process the payment because she was trying to tell her coworker a stupid story instead of doing her job. Not sure how a competent manager would allow a place to be run so poorly. Even more surprising is after all these complaints and negative reviews that the corporate office has not taken action. I literally never take the time to write a review,even when the service is poor; but this location is hands down the worst and a blight in our community. Shame on all of you.

Every time I go here it takes incredibly long to get my food. (Ex. About 1 car gets there food every 10 mins) The service is never good and they often get the order wrong as well. The workers there are barely ever working hard and trying to get orders out quickly. This is a joke to be called fast food because nothing about it is fast.
