Ledo Pizza - Bowie

I had a very good experience when I was in ledos. I ordered online and it said it would take 45 minutes, I have there in 30 minutes and my 2 pizzas were ready and still hot. when I came there, it was a line, but the line went quickly with great customer service. definitiw will go back and recommend it to my friends.

The pizza and wings are fine. I've only done delivery from this place. The workers at the front are nice, quick, and courteous.

Saturday May 21, I was apart of a charity event upon which we ordered multiple pizzas shortly after they opened 11am....when I say the pizzas were prepared horribly which means do not use them for catering-period!... only one pizza was prepared properly.I immediately contacted Ledos' and was shocked with the reply from management whom clearly lacked in handling customer related issues. I even contacted corporate in Annapolis spoke to Jennifer who then claimed that she was forwarding me to a regional office bottom line since the incident I have yet to have resolution. I spoke to another manager who claims that the owner even stipulated that they would not offer any resolution so again if I could give them a negative star I would. Do not deal with this Ledo's and anything over one pizza you lucky if that turns out well!!!READ ALL OF THE REVIEWS.....I neglected to.... **That reply Is false and the Owner is Absolutely Horrible has no intention of Resolving anything *?

The pizza was really good. When we got to get the pizza it was hot and tasty. The only problem I have is that when you order online and come to the store, you need to show them an Id. I don’t think you need an Id for pizza. But other than that this place is good.

Food is delicious specially the pizza but it takes way too long always an extra wait beyond the timer on online orders and even if you call in wait 30 mins and show up the food is never ready.
