Also, this is what I learned, if you want to eat inside the restaurant make sure you don?t place your order over the phone!This is the store policy, or so I was told by the front desk young lady(which seemed to be annoyed by my presence there). She also assumed that I was not going to tip her if I was to eat inside the restaurant. So, yeah they do make assumptions depending on your looks.
I am currently in the parking lot of this establishment and I am horrified. I have ordered from them numerous times, and this is the first time that I believe my skin color made the difference in the treatment I received. I called my pizza in as usual, a deluxe, light ledo sauce no mushrooms. I examine the pizza when I got to the car, because they don?t show it to you like the other locations and find heavy sauce and what? Mushrooms! I go back into the Ledo?s and Tammy or Tonya (I am so furious I can?t remember her name) and tell her that what has happened and the oversight. I also tell her that I am allergic to mushrooms and to no avail. This manager, never apologized for the mistake, never acknowledged. that it was prepared incorrectly and that I was not pleased. She literally came over seemingly displaying impatience, frustration and lack of understanding was all over her face. When she went on to tell me that I was wrong for ordering a deluxe, requesting that the mushrooms be removed Adding vitriol that i, and many other people who look like me are all too familiar with, leaving me standing in the middle of the restaurant I said never again will I visit this location. This experience has left me feeling like I am back in the 50?s. I don?t belong here and neither does my money. Needlessly, she fixed my pizza, pointed me to where it was on the counter and made absolutely no apology AT ALL!
Wonderful food, the crunchy crust is like perfect. People service and bar is welcoming and fast service barely any wait time even on a weekend.
I have never been so pleased when ordering from this Ledos pizza. Me and my family had been dragging around the house all day no one eating anything other than snacks when we all got hungry at the same time. We called Ledos pizza about 20 minutes before they stopped serving pizza or close the store for the night. We placed the order waited 10 minutes headed over to get the pizza and as we walked in the staff was cleaning up and maybe one other person was in the restaurant. We got to the counter gave them our name and 5 minutes later the 2 large pizzas were ready and we headed home. Thanks for the last minute order, we really enjoyed the cheese and Pepperoni pizza
We ordered pizza and wings online on a Sunday recently and was really surprised at the disorganization and miscues with our order. My husband walked in to pickup the food, which wasn?t quite ready so he waited inside. Finally, when the food was ready he brought it out to the car and we inspected what we were given: 2 pizzas, garlic bread and a small container of boneless wings. To our surprise, we didn?t realize we were getting free food! We didn?t order garlic bread or boneless wings, so it was our lucky day. We go back in to correct our order, and we were asked for a receipt that did not accompany our order. So we explained that the order was made online could show proof of the missing items we ordered. It was quite an ordeal, but we finally received the missing orders of wings we ordered. The food was great and tasty, but be prepared for possible inconveniences when ordering.
