I needed to find some pants for work and the lovely young lady, Janice, assisted me in finding different sizes. She also showed me some Tunisian dresses to try on with them to see how they would look. Janice was very accommodating and tried to find sizes that would fit me, as I am on the larger side. Unfortunately, some sizes were not available in store, but she suggested I could order them online. Janice was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist me. I was able to find a few items that I liked in my size and will be ordering the rest online. I felt valued as a customer and left the store feeling very happy. Thank you, Janice!

I visited the Castlepoint store last Sunday to buy shoes. Chrissy from the ladieswear department initially helped me. I was looking at loafers and when Chrissy asked if I needed assistance, I explained that I needed comfortable shoes for work. She directed me to the "Good Movement" series, which were half the cost of the Skechers. Sue then took over and emphasized the comfort and quality of the design. Sue even offered to check if they had my size in stock and if not, she could order them for me from their local supplier. The service provided by these ladies was exceptional, friendly, and first-class. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase, which cost a fraction of what I usually pay for work shoes.

Large men suit / formal clothes department. visited yesterday and both brand and terry were about to measure me with their eyes and offer the most inestimable advice when shopping for something as important and yet difficult as a well-equipped suit. very good recommend for off-the-rack formal men's clothing to great value.

This is a big store with a good range of clothes. Done of the fit of the ownbrand stuff is a bit tentlike but for gents work trousers a great range. There is free wifi and free parking right outside, which is great for a quick visit. The staff were really helpful. There are good baby change facilities and a nice cafe/restaurant upstairs for a pit stop.

My favorite store, I love walking around and browsing at my own pace. It's fabulous.
