I ordered takeout for myself and my children. Unfortunately, I was the only one who ate the fried chicken. Two days later, I experienced severe food poisoning.

The place is not particularly clean, they are (fraudulently) displaying a 5 star hygiene rating when they only have a 3- filthy animals. Nobody should score less than 4. The owner is a rude obnoxious man who threatens women

The staff at this restaurant were disrespectful, condescending, and offensive. My partner had a negative experience when they tried to return the raw "chips" and undercooked, cold chicken.

I was very surprised to see the negative reviews on this site, especially since they were posted 8 years ago and are long overdue to be removed. Cali Chicken is excellent, with generous portion sizes, freshly prepared food, helpful staff, and affordable prices.
