A superb gastronomic discovery that is worth the detour. Between the welcome, the service and the dishes offered, everything is perfect. The cooking is mastered, both for the Breton Scallops and for the Gers Guinea Fowl. The dishes are well crafted, the flavors subtle and the reduced juices divinely full-bodied.
