Le 1950, Brasserie Francaise

I ordered the entrecôte rare with fries. It arrived I’ve cold. They reheated it and I ended up with half the fries and overcooked steak. They refused to fix it. My partner had the beef cheek. I’m out of words to describe how watery and tasteless it was. The service was also poor waiting ages for a glass of wine and a beer. Do not waste your time and money coming here.

The decor is plain and the staff not very attentive or skilled. The food actually tasted good but the feeling was we were in a canteen where it was a hassle for the staff to accommodate us. The meal took well over two hours so kids were very late to bed. Supposedly some unexplained kitchen issue. A real shame but perhaps another night might be ok.

I liked the Cheaser salad. the service was bad. we will not recommend this restaurant for others.

Stone stay and holiday in half board formula. The buffet breakfast is rich and the offer is varied. The flat-entry formula of the desert is varied and the portions are very generous. Nice staff. a beautiful discovery
