Bidrage med feedbackSo came here two days in a row and they were out of bread… Panera ‘Bread’ was out of bread. The soup was subpar at best and that’s being generous. Next time I go I bet they’ll be out of Panera.
App said the order was ready for pick up, and it wasn't on the rack nor was it ready. Was it a glitch, or did an employee confirm it was ready on their end when it wasn't? Had to ask for it to be fulfilled and wasn't given a thank you or sorry. I've been in customer service my entire life, and I'm disliking this trend of hiring 16 year olds with attitude who are being hired to cashier and prepare meals for people. I've literally spent $1000's at Panera throughout the years. Not only are their portions getting smaller the quality is going down, but so is the service. Silly..
The drive thru is set up in a way, once your in, you are committed, no escape. Over 30minutes I was held hostage while line didn't budge. I could not escape without off roading and hitting all the cars parked in the to go spots, also waiting for over half hour. My lunch break is a half hour. I highly suggest NOT coming here for lunch!!!
Waited approximately 30 minutes for a salad and half a sandwich. Missed my whole lunch waiting for my food. It was awful when it came also. Salad was not good and the sandwich was mediocre at best. Won't be back again.
Ordered food for the staff in my office, they forgot a salad and we have been trying to call for 20 minutes and getting no answer. frustrating because a staff member is now without their lunch for the day. the tuna sandwich was also sloppy, the tuna was all over the wrapping and none on the sandwich. will never be going here again.
