Royal India - Bountiful

Love this place! Been going here for years. Excellent food and ambience, great service!

The experience of ordering from Royal India was a quick online purchase experience. The app told us a 45 minute wait time, but surprisingly the food was ready within 20 minutes. Upon arrival, I did my normal test and asked for extra rice, it was $3, not size options were shown to me and what they gave me was a quite small container. The good itself was good, but not great. Potentially the best service I have had at a restaurant. The staff were wonderful and kind and very professional, and the food was fantastic as well.

First off, love Indian food and used to enjoy this place. However, Went there last night and didn't have a great experience. First, they took about 20 plus min before they even came over and took our order. Took awhile to get our food and the food ended up being very bland. Then the waiter started acting so rude bc it was almost closing time and basically kicked us out. I've been here a few times and it's pretty good. I'd give it 3.5. Their spicy scale is on the mild side fyi. I found “very hot” pleasantly spicy. They brought out some hot sauce for someone in my party who didn't find medium hot hot enough which was appreciated. Several vegan options.
