I placed an online order. An hour after I placed it, the online portal said it was delivered, but there was no food. The worker I spoke with said they had no way to contact the driver, so they needed to wait for him to return before they could find out what happened. I spoke with the driver ten minutes later, and he could not tell me where he left it. I was told they would remake it and send it to me. Half an hour later, still no food. I called back. I was told they were waiting for the driver to return again. I asked why I wasn't at the top of the list since it had been delivered somewhere else and it had been now 90 minutes, and I was told that it wasn't ready when that driver had to go. Wow, really disappointed in our sandwiches last Saturday. Lettuce was old, wet and wilted and roll was soggy. Hard to eat a sandwich like that. Chips were good so we ate those.
