Do not even think about the order later than 8pm or they will throw their sandwiches with missing ingredients into a bag as they mash away. I know of personal experience that it suck that people come into the restaurant within the last hour of the operation, but that is the way it is sometimes. I wish I had as good as an experience at this place as I had at other Potbelly’s.

Friendly Staff and love the sandwich shop. Tried their Oreo Shake and their shakes are the best. Highly recommend this place, not because the food is great, but the entire staff are respectful and professional.

I ordered a sandwich that I asked to be toasted before they put the ingredients in and there’s smoked cured bacon is the most disgusting thing I’ve ever tasted in my life

A decent sandwich place, but not the best around. If you're looking for a quick toasted sandwich, this shop is okay. I'd never tried it before and probably wouldn't get it again, as nothing about my sandwich was particularly appealing.The peppers they use in the sandwiches actually have a bit of punch, which is nice, but I found that my Italian wasn't very good in comparison to firehouse next door or snarfs across the road.
