Brewing Market Coffee - Boulder

The restaurant serves excellent food and pastries. The staff is friendly and there is plenty of seating both indoors and outdoors. I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere inside, with interesting decorations to admire. I ordered a dry cappuccino and was pleased that it was made just as requested. The only downside was that both of our drinks were too hot to drink for about 15 minutes. Overall, a great spot for coffee.

The espresso is fantastic with a mild acidity. The seating is decent and the aesthetic of the restaurant is pleasing. The authentic Turkish coffee is delicious. The staff is extremely friendly.

I ordered a chai tea latte and attempted to use a gift card. I was told that the card had expired, even though there was no expiration date listed on it. After my order was lost, it took an additional 15 minutes before it was made. By the time I received my beverage, it was already cold. Despite these mishaps, the staff was friendly.

Friendly and comfortable. Nice place to have a coffee and recharge. Bathroom was clean.

The traditional macchiato was perfectly made! the espresso is not bitter and not burnt! absolutely recommend coffee from here! I also ordered quiche was not a fan and would not order again as it was very watery (can be by gluten-free) but I came for the coffee and I would come again and again!
