Yaz's House Of Pizza - Boston

I am so disgusted. I asked for a grilled chicken salad got two bowls of OLD lettuce, 3 pieces of OLD/FLIMSY tomato cucumbers. I asked for extra chicken but it was certainly the original amount I just shredded it myself. The pizza was salty, like they seasoned it. The young lady taking the order Saturday night 8/26/23 was very unprofessional and lacked decorum, there’s no excuse for this.

The best steak and cheese in Boston. I’ve ordered a steak and cheese before from here but something about the last time was just different. Order it just like this: steak and cheese sub lightly toasted with peppers and mushrooms lettuce tomato ketchup and mayo. You won’t regret it

Whew … so I was scared because of the reviews to order. However I’m fearless I guess it was getting Late. I called ordered pizza salad the guy who picked up was def kind and funny.The pizza was so mf good, good amount of every thing cooked to perfection! The salad was ON POINT! Let’s remember Everyone’s experience doesn’t have to be Yours so do not be scared Take the gamble And try new things.the delivery guy arrived I forgot on iPhones unknown numbers get silenced go to settings to change it I saw a man outside in a dusty car so I called back he said DELIVERY hung up. I came to my downstairs porch as he approached he was shouting “ I do no like to delivery to here i delivery Chinese food here no again” i just moved here 2 weeks ago.I immediately call the establishment, confirm who I am, as the driver is still shouting now in my face , I ask him what’s going on and express my concerns on the phone, I was cut off by the guy on the phone because I missed the calls by two minutes I told him the driver never even got out the car until I came down not to ring the bell or anything.he brushed me off like he couldn’t hear Old Head shouting at me otp, He did say he’s going to have a talk w him lol

There’s a man there I don’t he’s from Russia the Ukraine he’s a cook I don’t like him at all I don’t like his attitude I like the old pretty shot better the Grove hall pizza shop

I tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt but ever single time I've been there there is a workers screaming and yelling that they hate their job making the customers feel really uncomfortable. While doing this they will also give you an attitude. Heads up if your ordering here be prepared to get charged a completely different amount then whats said on the menu I've found the workers will charge you what ever they feel like charging at the time. All this and you'll wait forever for your order to be wrong.
