Grillhúsið - Borgarnes

[September 2021] This was a nice and fast lunch break in the diner style during the passage through the city. I have the Honky Tonk The burger was tasty, but rather dirty, so I found it easier to eat with a fork and a knife, and the frits had a nice snack. Good food, but not the place of choice if you are looking for more traditional local cuisine!

We both had steak, I had dirty potatoes and my husband with pommes.... Great... very tasty, probably one of the best steaks I've ever had.

Convenient and not expensive for a hot meal. We ordered fish and chips plates and fish of the day. We paid 5,770 isk witch is about $60 US for two dishes and soft drinks. Beer is good! Teriyaki fish is also good!

For fast food, this is a great choice! We say down to eat and the service was great and quick. The burger was on point and the fish was really tasty! For fast food and the limited options in the area, I would recommend this place!
