A Parmura - BORDIGHERA

We have passed on this place, as we have parked close to us and didn't want to go far. we ordered to share a wobbly colorinata and ordered a second to go. super. we then ordered both pasta and shared a homemade cake for dessert, with one. bottle cheap dolcetto. service is friendly, eating delicious, ambiente easy.

This pizza place was found randomly opposite the covered market place. looked on covered veranda. huge selection of pizzas from classic versions to some restaurants specialties. I had a quattro stagioni that was absolutely perfect. very juicy and crisp and excellent. I understand. they cook the pizzas that make the difference. service was friendly and prompt. great afterbarschaftsplatz.

This family-run and guided restaurant has excellent pizza as well as many traditional dishes that are all very good. the people are very gracious. if you want to go there on a Saturday night, you should reserve it.

Pizza from piemont is completely different from the usual Napolitano pizza... .small, light (thin basic) and cooked in a pan. I am a normal at a parmura and it never lets me disappoint. always juicy and easy to digest! it is not the most convenient place. because it is quite small....but the extra good pizza compensates this! incredibly good value for money. great service by friendly staff.

Basic decor and basic menu but everything is good quality and well prepared. Try the farinata. I would say farinata with lardo is the one to opt for. Good pizza and great farinata. Nothing much to say about the drinks menu: standard and basic. Good...enough service. An excellent place for a pit stop. Friendly.
