Order validated without being delivered by the driver: the restaurant did not reflect and relaunched my order and delivery. MERCI really much for your understanding and sense of customer service!
This order was very special. The first deliveryman allegedly had a bike accident and the order was wet and damaged. Then indicated as delivered and saying this booker Uber Eats Direct named Hugo D. would have warned Sushi Shop to redo my order. Actually, it wasn't. Laura in store was amazing!! She asked to redo my order in the kitchen and added free supplements. This time delivered by Stuart quickly: everything went well! In the end, I am very satisfied:
Always perfect! The shop even calls you if there's 5 minutes late, which can happen with the delivery guys! I advise! Special mention to the aburi Roll!
The Sushi Shop of the Chartrons in Bordeaux is the most welcoming I know! It's a pleasure to go because quality, hospitality are always at the rendezvous! I've been a regular for almost 3 years and I'm going 1-2 times a week.
