Eh. Switched one pasta for another and while handing me my food the waitress mentions she forgot to tell the kitchen about my substitute. Prices were higher than on the menu. A little disappointing, food not great. Expected better, FraDiavalo was over the top hot so not enjoyable. Had a dish with hot sausage and broccoli rabe but also not tasty, sausage was more like very charred bits of meat, way too many onions in the dish and not very flavorful. Service amazing, pasta delicious! I wasn't wowed over the calamari it was a bit thin and the sauce said peppers and I definitely didn't expect jalapeños at an Italian restaurant. But! The pasta! As a jersey native it's rare that I will eat pasta in my current state and always want to try when I am home. This was such a. Treat! Tagliatelle, marscapone cream, lemon, and lots of fresh arugula. Amazing! The service was helpful and sweet! Definitely recommend.
