Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

This restaurant is bad because I go in there at 9:10 and don’t get my food until 9:52. When we are eating the day we are now closed but we are still eating so there we are eating in the dark.

Staff was super friendly, but our food was over cooked, fries were not really fresh…I didn’t enjoyed honestly

Waited much longer than told, pull forward and wait for drive thru, no sauce or plasticware. I feel like when you're paying higher than average prices for fast food it sets the expectation for the food and service higher than average and my experience was far below average.

Hey y’all so I went into my local zaxbys for a chicken nibbler and it was pretty good but kinda dry like my flaps. They also took a pic of my food before returning it to me.

Terrific staff! But the food was dry. The menu is quite limited. Great place if chicken fingers and wings are what you are looking for. But there is not much else but two salads.
