Bidrage med feedbackTerrible service. The menu was served slowly. The staff was not professional and unorganized at all. The food is not what you expect from 1 star Michelin restaurant. Very disappointing, never again.
This is an amazing restaurant in the well-deserved Michelin star. The food was not only artistic, but also delicious. The portions were perfectly sufficient in the wine pairings. Very recommended
Expectations are high on a two star restaurant and yet we were not disappointment 2nd time we visit). Service, food, scenery, it’s more than a donner it is an experience. If your appetite follows I recommend the « menu pour Yvon », in honor of the...chef’s gran dad: fabulous.
We stayed at the Domaine Capelongue and decided to splurge on dinner. There were so many choices for excellent food. Service was impeccable.
We reserved this a few months in advance in the hope of a special anniversary dinner in Provence. Although the waiter was very attentive and our Muse Bouche was beautiful, We could not understand why we had to bear blind sun in our eyes! It was absolutely so... disturbing that this supposed luxury restaurant had not considered how unpleasant it is to let the sun flow in the eyes! It was so unpleasant that other sunglasses donate. A couple swapped places so that their hairstyle would block their eyes. My husband and I tried to float. He kept a menu to block the unbearable sun, we tried everything, but it was unbearable! The staff didn't seem to notice!?!?? How does a Hghend restaurant not think about it? Couldn't they come with a simple solution? A shadow? A filter? Differently orienting the tables? Or at least offer to move to a better table after we have seen each other. How can managers think that people should set up with this because they rated “ Michelin”. Are their egos so inflated that they don't care about the entire culinary experience? The cook should be outraged to think that its extraordinary dishes are due to lack of consideration when the Diners experience is reduced. That was one of the worst culinary experiences we had in Provence... and it's not the chef's fault... It's the manager's fault! Don't worry about the comfort of your diners! We had a nice late meal in Les Bonilis. An excellent cook prepares excellent fare with a beautiful “low key” but far beyond experience!
