Bonnie Bar - BONNIE DOON

This restaurant has the best gluten-free parma I've ever had. They even have a separate menu for gluten-free options. I loved the beautiful atmosphere of the restaurant - it's a great place to relax and spend some time. It's warm in the winter and cool in the summer. We will definitely be returning.

Air-conditioned (also copied with extreme heat). Beautiful chicken burgers and chips. Friendly. Clean. I'm glad we came in.

That was a nice place to eat lunch at the end of the drive from Mansfield. We came to the Victorian Rail Trail on a tandem bike and stayed here for lunch before we left. Most of the menu looked great, but we stayed with a series of light meals. The best of them were the wings. Local beer on tap and that was a treat.

We ordered the Mediterranean pizza and after we paid and settled in, we were informed that they were out of sun-dried tomatoes. To our disappointment, the pizza did not even have pesto on it, despite us mentioning there was just a little left before we ordered. To make matters worse, the pizza had 2 hairs in it. We will not be returning.

After a walk along the rail trail we arrived in Bonnie Doon in time for lunch.The Bonnie Bar looked closed but luckily we went in to find it open.Our host Glen provided an excellent light lunch and fresh coffee which we enjoyed outside.But amazingly we...were the only guests at 12.40.Thought it would've been packed.Well worth the visit
