Starbucks - Feedback

I've been going to this Starbucks for years and I have never had any complaints. The staff is super friendly And my drink is always accurate to what I ordered!

Ordered a peppermint white chocolate mocha and got a chocolate mocha. I can't have chocolate, this is a sad situation..

They've screwed up my order 3 times in 3 days. Maybe if she wasn't texting on her phone when I ordered today, they would've actually gotten it right. Not coming...
