Jersey Mike's Subs - Bonney Lake

It was a little slow getting food but that is to be expected when they are super understaffed. They can only do what they can do. Everything was perfect with my food. Everyone was kind and polite. The manager also seemed like he was training a new employee and he was very patient and kind with the employees and the customers regardless of the stressful situation. I'll spread the word around that you guys are hiring!

Honestly.. sandwich was okay. I wasn't happy about getting jalapeños on my sandwich that has NO jalapeños ordered. A little upsetting actually... there's jalapeños spread throughout my sandwich and so it showed me that they don't care.

Took 25 min for 3 sandwiches! This is sandwiches not meals ! Half the workers just standing and talking and joking . They don’t care to rush or care about the service . They need to do better ! I see a lot people complaining about this same issue. Service: 1
