Bidrage med feedbackWas there on the 4th. There were very few patrons (about 5 tables in total in the great room)and service was awful. Our food took too long to reach our table. We were offered a free dessert due to the long wait, but left since it took too long to get that! Really disappointing and not how this restaurant is expected to be run. Tipped the waitress well since it was out of her control. But unfortunately what was once a place on top of our list to eat at has been taken off the list completely.
Roy’s in Bonita Springs is by far our favorite restaurant to dine at in southwest Florida. Chef Alex and his team are above and beyond talented! The Sea Bass dish was delicious and the service was excellent. A culinary environment second to none! Can’t wait to go back!
Roys is always good. Sometimes service varies. We waited for our entrees beyond what was necessary for what was prepared, and the place was not busy. Never a bargain, but for Pacific Rim Asian fusion cuisine, it is one of the best around.
Still a very enjoyable experience dining at Roy's. We miss Roys in Naples and always make the journey to Bonita when in town. Butter Fish is still a favourite. Nice to still see Jonathan who was originally from the Naples restaurant.
Overall, our visit was four stars. I was unhappy with trying to eat bok choy because it was so difficult to cut and digest. I guess I'm not a big fan of that now that I have tried it. Everyone else in our group seem to enjoy the meals and, my was also very good.
