Papa Jose's Union Cafe

Food is great, hours are wonky. I try to eat here when I go to Pueblo but they aren't always open when I'm there.

Easily my favorite restaurant in Pueblo. Food is always hot and delicious, and they've never mistaken my order. Surprisingly affordable too. If you've got the time, I can't recommend it more. Free chips and salsa after 5:30. I usually get the smothered bean chorizo burrito. Give it a shot, you won't be disappointed!

Papa Joses is my favorite restaurant in Pueblo. I love the cheese enchiladas. The fried ice cream is also great. No ambiance whatsoever though

I love there food and I try to go as much as I can I work late most times and they close at 7 so hard to get there when I want

Went in the other day had beef enchiladas green chili ,chips salsa.... Let's just say I'm going back! Way better than romero's cafe..
