Mongolian Grill

The food is indeed delicious, but the ambiance leaves much to be desired. The establishment feels quite outdated, with rough and uncomfortable chairs and booths. While the service is passable, our first visit lacked clear instructions on ordering and navigating the food line. Despite its simplicity, the $18 price tag for a large bowl caught me off guard. Additionally, the food stations could use some tidying up. If you don't mind a bit of messiness and enjoy a do-it-yourself approach to service, this place might suit you.

On a normal visit, I would have given 5 stars! Today was probably the worst visit. The food was great as always. Well, the food we got. We ordered our drinks and proceeded to get our bowls. I sat down with mine, there was still no drinks. She brought drinks soon after sitting. Waited for our rice and soup. My stepdaughter and husband sat down and started eating too. We were almost finished when the waitress came over. I inquired about the soup and rice. She said she got busy and forgot . I paid and informed them that we didn 't get all the food that we should have gotten. We were charged for the full amount (3 drinks, 1 small and 2 medium bowls). Almost $50! Needless to say, the waitress received NO TIP! Since my husband and I live in Albuquerque, we only get to eat here once every couple of years. This was really a disappointing visit to this establishment.

We did not try their food. We couldn't get past how dirty it was. If they cleaned up, we would give them a tey.

Food is really good servers are nice and the boba is good too ramen was the best part i hope i come back another day

I ordered the shrimp pho And shrimp Spring rolls. I gave it a 3. Because I had to clean my shrimp myself. They still had the poop shoots in them and I don't like having to clean my food before I have to eat it. I then had to take my Spring rolls apart. And do the same with the shrimp that was in the Spring rolls. Because they were not cleaned out. I personally don't want to eat the poop of anything. So this is why I gave it a 3 on food. Maybe I'm just used to getting spoiled at another pho place that I go to in the Springs which is absolutely amazing. No complaint. Whatsoever .
