After seeing huge queues into some cafes we decided on Lyfe and were glad we did. Both breakfasts were delicious. My wife loved the smashed avacado with feta and I really loved the shakshuka. Excellent coffee too. Didn't see any gluten free bread option. The...bread could be more toasted and crunchy. Would go back again tomorrow if lived nearby.

Lyfe serves fresh tasty food with an Israeli accent and Asian twist in a relaxed atmosphere, is popular with many loyal locals like me and is in easy walking distance to Bondi Beach ~500m . The staff are great and very accommodating. This is a breakfast...through lunch establishment 7 days a week i.e. not open for dinner. I go for the Israeli breakfast fried eggs, grilled halloumi cheese, pickles, cucumber tomato salad good bread . make sure you also ask for sides of humus, tahini and labne. Coffee is consistently good. Lyfe is also a good choice for an informal lunch. Try the cous cous salad with spicy tuna. I prefer the tables situated either on the pavement or fronting onto the street. Parking is generally available in the surrounding streets however some streets require payment as they are metered.

While walking around Bondi trying to find somewhere for breakfast we passed by this cafe. Visiting from Melbourne I knew none of the places. Very small but, it had a really good feel to it. So true! The owner makes you feel so welcomed. Coffee...was outstanding and breakfast tasty and satisfying. Such good value. A real gem!

Another café with hit and miss fees for a simple icy latte. Not those with cream etc., just a latte with cold not hot milk and a few cubes of ice! Today, when I asked why I paid an additional 1.50 00...total) for my icy latte, he said; it was because it was additional milk in it, my holding cup is a regular size, so no place for more milk? It takes work to get the ice. What about the lack of Labout NOT heat milk? Another café to hit the list just because I can't drink hot drinks.
