Twice ordered meal is missing fries third time extra for drinks and cold eating. there were only 2 cars in the car thru and I was the 2nd customer and eating (4 Burger combo was ready even before the payment. While I gave my order, I asked why I was charged extra, she replied, we didn't have to do it, so I have to calculate it for 4 coke cans. she didn't realize I paid for combo that contains drinks. the management should train their employees properly so that they know what they need to do when the dings run out and do not eat in advance. Thank you. I will not go next time

I am unsure why this restaurant doesn't have enough inventory by 8:30 pm. If they have nothing to offer, it's a waste of both their time and ours. This is my third visit and if they have issues, they should address them like KFC does. I suggest changing the closing time to 9:00 pm.

Turned up this evening and it was pretty busy, but I preferred online and the food was ready within about 5 minutes. Best KFC chips I’ve had in a while, and while not related specifically to this store, actual cans of soft drink is better than you know who…!

The restaurant has a nice, bright new location with self-serve kiosks as an option. We ordered two of their new popcorn chicken rice dishes, but unfortunately, my dish was missing the popcorn chicken and my wife's dish had dry rice, indicating it was not fresh. The idea of the dish was great, but the execution was poor, and quality control was non-existent. This is the second time this branch has gotten my order wrong, and there won't be a third. Overall, we were extremely disappointed.

This was an amazing unexpected stop. Wasn't really going to get a meal. Then decided last minute to stop. Lunch box order for my partner and I. The lettuce in the burger was crunchy. The chicken, moist and juicy. The chips. The chips were AMAZING. Perfectly salted. Fresh oil taste. Hot and crunchy. Definitely worth another visit.
