I feel badly rated it with 4, but it is the true. great service and profession for true dishes. taste was however very good, not amazing. burrata was not creamy, although with a very original combination of dressing (apricot, crumbs and asparagus). tartar was delicious, but nothing special. pasta with seafood was very good and the pasta norma was al dente, but not excellent. service was great and friendly. please don't get me wrong, I recommend this place.
We love eating, very well made pastas. portions were generous and accurate. we ordered 3 pastas and 1 appetiser for 2 of us abit much for 2 people, but so well we manufacture it all! a scream of the excellent service and hospitality of the crew there
Un laboratorio/ristorante dove vengono serviti primi di pasta fatta in casa. Preso pasta fresca, vongole e pomodorini.. con la stessa quantità di vongole che ti metteresti a casa (vedi foto p.s. sotto c è anche la pasta), pasta rigorosamente fatta a mano e sughetto da scarpettare con il pane.. tornati a casa con tanto di scorta di pasta fresca per i prossimi giorni.. fortunatamente esistono giovani cuochi che aprono attività come questa e ti fanno tornare voglia farti una coccola e mangiare fuori!
By far the best pasta in Bolzano. Worth a visit for sure
