Eggentaler - Bolzano

Nice hotel. Boutique feel. Breakfast was limited but tasty. We had dinner at the restaurant as well and ordered tomato spaghetti and risotto. Spaghetti was okayish, but risotto was good.

The décor of the restaurant is original, old school, unobtrusive, neither exaggerated nor overwhelming. Clean and tidy. Multilingual waiter service is at a very high level. No fussing, unnecessary comments, jokes, flirting or pushy suggestions. Our waiter- Carlos born in Peru was a true Master of Ceremony. All dishes were served at the right time and an adequate temperature. The starters and main dishes were looking great and simply delicious. The ratio of portion size- quality-price is absolutely acceptable.

Great little family run boutique hotel beside the Ega River in the small town of Cardano. Plenty of free parking directly outside with additional parking 50m down the road. Two historic150 yr old buildings sympathtically modernized. Really comfortable king size bed with 2 separate duvets, huge modern bathroom, 2 lovely bathrobes, spacious private, outdoor terrace with several seating areas. Good wifi, good air conditioning, good TV. Great restaurant for dinner and super advice from Moritz, the sommelier and son of the owner make dinner reservations in advance!! Great breakfast, lots of choices. Outdoor pool, lovely outdoor seating area, outdoor covered dining area. Fantastic hotel! Safe travels

Restaurant outside the center of Bolzano, you have to go on purpose. Local well-kept and refined, with colors tending to gray and in the shade of soft light tendentially. Parking outside the property that can contain about ten cars. I just ate so I speak for the restaurant and not for the hotel. Great food and quality you feel that raw materials are carefully chosen and processed with a nice hand, in addition to the à la carte menu ranging from meat and fish the day also had a menu out which I took very valid. An essential wine card with pure Trentino wines. Average high prices. Impeccable service.

Great hotel, very large room, spa. I am slightly outside the center of Bolzano, but very good staff, breakfast and very good. Surely if that happens, to come back. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 4 Hotels highlights: Silence!
