Rivington Grill - Bolton

This is my second visit and there has been no improvement, went back to try the Sunday roast and wish I hadn't bothered. The food here is not good and when I gave the manager feedback she was less than gracious and very defensive. Burnt scampi served to my husband and I questioned about the vegetables being frozen. The carbonara sauce is thick and sickly and my son had to leave it. They didn't charge me for my meal but no one came to check if my food was OK during the meal. The restaurant is clean and well presented but it was also really cold overall can't recommend.

Been here a couple of times. Food is always lovely and clean the plate every time! Restraint is clean and staff are attentive. Food always comes quickly and if there any problems, staff will ensure to erect any issues quickly.

Amazing food very friendly staff. Had a great time for the start of my birthday weekend. Will definitely go again

We had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. We waited 30 minutes before anyone took our drink or food order. The garlic bread was excessively oily and dripping when we picked it up. Our steak burger came with relish even though we requested it without, and it took another 30 minutes to get it replaced. The fillet steaks we ordered medium were both well done, with no pink in sight. Throughout our meal, we were unexpectedly served 2 San Miguel beers, a pizza, and 2 coffees that we did not order. When we received the bill, we were charged for the San Miguel beers that we never ordered. Overall, we do not recommend this restaurant.
