Ned's Cafe - Bolton

The customer service at this restaurant was absolutely horrible. I ordered a takeaway and it never arrived. I would not recommend this place at all, please avoid it.

I placed an order through Justeat in the early hours of Sunday morning. I called twice and was assured that our food would be delivered soon. However, our food never arrived and there was no response when we tried calling again. We waited for an hour past the expected delivery time and had already paid for our food. We complained to Justeat, who contacted the restaurant. The restaurant claimed they delivered our food, which was untrue as we never received it. It's frustrating to have the money taken from my account for food that never arrived.

We were impressed by the generous portion sizes for the price at this restaurant. The food was delicious and made with fresh ingredients. On the night of our visit, there was a car accident outside and the staff provided free drinks to the emergency services and took care of them. Excellent community support. Well done!

Very friendly staff who you can actually have a decent conversation with.The place itself is on the smallish side but very clean and comfortable and they serve square pizzas which i have never seen before they was actually very nice and the staff aren't more than happy to tell you where they get there produce,meat from I would definitely recommend this to everyone

Absolutely love Ned’s Cafe, our family have twice ordered food from here and the food and service is out of this world! The burgers, cakes and drinks are extremely tasty. All of the cakes are homemade and we will definitely be ordering from here again!
