La Salsa - Bolton

We came to Viva La Salsa for the first time based on the recommendation of our daughter and son-in-law, and we will definitely be back. The restaurant offers 40 tapas dishes to choose from, allowing diners to eat as much as they want for one fee by ordering three or four items per order. During our visit, I tried eight dishes from the menu and enjoyed them all. The variety of dishes caters to all tastes, making it easy for even picky eaters to find something to enjoy. The small portions of tapas were well-prepared and the hot dishes were served hot. Additionally, they serve Efes, a Turkish beer, which is a nice bonus. The staff were beautiful, attentive, courteous, and helpful, making sure our table was taken care of throughout the meal. Overall, Viva La Salsa is a great tapas restaurant that we will definitely visit again, and we highly recommend it.

Excellent eating as usual, love this place, could have been a little more busy tonight, as the vibe is better when packed more, but it is 2 days ago christmas and the week, should some pictures of the food, as everything was so good and very tasty. 100% recommended if they are not pre- and definitiw the money worth. You have to try number (18) we had twice as much as it was by far the best court we had tonight and possibly the best chicken dish I ever had. they will know what I mean when they try it, thank you very 'viva la salsa'

Since here beautifully decorated and very clean looked out and well designed so the deal they would order from the menu, what tapas they like up to 4 at a time when they are finished, they could always order again until they had had enough as vegetarian there was a lot of choice for me nizza and fresh and well cooked now the patas bravas was chips in salsa sauce would not have seen traditional bravas as they would expect

The staff is extremely friendly and the service is excellent. Our meals were served promptly with a wide variety of choices. My friends and I give it 5 stars.

Mates and Mateinas the food is divine, the presentation of the food was on point, the flavours were exquisit, but the best of all was the TIRAMISU oh my gawd that is legit Italian recipie. the owner was amazing as he joined in to help out his staff, the waitress could smile more often though, has a really grumpy face, but a really bright and nice smile. cheers La Salsa
