I had my first experience at Hot Chilli last night and the food was absolutely delicious! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the restaurant has been renovated to a high standard. I highly recommend this place.

We ordered our takeaway at 6pm and got told it would be delivered at 7:40pm. At 8pm we rang to see where it was and got told we would be pushed forward as they was busy which is understandable with the circumstances, we rang again at 8:15 and we got told we couldn’t be told a time as they didn’t want to say and it could be longer, and that they knew we would get annoyed with them. We then rang again at 9pm and they didn’t really know what was going on. Our takeaway finally arrived at 10pm, not really apologetic and didn’t have a explanation. Bad service we waited 4 hours for our takeaway and we won’t be coming here again, the restaurant was arrogant but the delivery man was lovely and none of it was his fault he was very apologetic.

Ordered a delivery at 6pm for a 7.30pm arrival thinking 1.5 hours notice was plenty of time. At 8pm I called and they said the order was on the way. By 10pm it had still not arrived. I phoned again and the person who answered the phone said he couldn’t find my order and put the phone down on me!!!! I basically waited over 2.5 hours for a delivery which never arrived. Absolute appalling customer service and I DO NOT RECOMMEND
