Bidrage med feedbackWe drove to the Bolton Swiss Chalet on our way and were impressed with the excellent service from the staff. Luba, our server, was always present and supportive, and she did a great job at guiding the newer servers. She is our favorite server and is both friendly and efficient. When we visited on Wednesday, January 8th, the restaurant seemed understaffed but Darcy, the hostess, was always pleasant and helped out wherever she could. She was constantly cleaning tables, greeting guests, and assisting with coats. We were truly impressed by her hard work and dedication. Swiss Chalet Management should be grateful for Luba and Darcy, as they are a valuable asset to the team. Overall, we had a great experience and enjoyed the food, especially the Ranch Dressing. - Pat and Jerry from Caledon East
I didn't know chickens could be that texture. Kind of smart. My mother got the neighborhood white and I got the neighborhood dark and they came out less than five minutes after our order. They were both very small and extraordinary... over boiled. When we try to pay, we put the card into the reception book as usual and waited and waited and the waitress came by and was like oh you need the reader left before we could say something, brought a reader back, gave it to us, and went away again. We had never used one of them before, and she wasn't there to help so it took a while. I haven't been there in three or four years since last week, but last time we got my brother a caesar salad and they served it with iceberg salad sauce. not to see a slimmer of romaine. Only a very disappointing and overpriced resturaunt. Renovation looks beautiful. In addition to the women's bath with an obliquely built toilet, your leg must touch the stable wall if you actually want to sit on the toilet.
We were in town to see that my father and my husband get Swiss chalet for us to eat with father. the food was terrible, I called and was told that if I came back in town to talk to the manager and give my phone number, and I would have replaced meal. Well, I'm back here when my father goes to heart surgery, so I went to the 2 dinners I was told would be replaced, and the staff there is very rude they said there was nothing that could do when they were not told and refused to see what I was trying to tell her. I'm really upset. I'm not in town until December 15. Please contact me to clarify this. I'd appreciate it.
I don't usually value local restaurants. Because of food changes, as the rebuilders take advantage of this opportunity to comment. Ranch Dressing is completely different from a spread now not good! Fries last night seemed different: very dry and pale. Our replacement waitress for Luba (every favorite) of the last visits Stepanie and Meghan were very good.
We went to this location for dinner. We spent over $43.00. When we went through the drive-thru, we were given our order and drove home (almost 20 km). One of the meals (quarter chicken white) was fine. The other was a half rack of ribs,...with a quarter chicken white, for my husband. THERE WAS NO CHICKEN IN THE PLATE. Not to mention that they had slopped the ribs on top of the bun. My husband called and because it was late, they said they would right the wrong the next time he came in. So, fast forward to the next day. He drives almost another 20 km one way to get his replacement meal. Well, this time, the piece of chicken is really small and the wing is burned. Unreal. Another waste of gas and another substandard meal to replace a non-existant meal. Cannot recommend this location. The last time we went (October, 2018), it was good. Now.....forget it. There are obviously no checks on food quality and they just give people whatever they feel like, or they just don't give you your food at all. Upper management needs to get in there and do a review. I have already posted on Google and I will continue to post on other sites.
