McDonald's - Bolton

I recently visited the drive-thru and ordered 20 chicken nuggets. They gave me two boxes of ten, but one of the boxes had seven nuggets that were uncooked and at room temperature. The nuggets were very soft, and I only realized this after I left the restaurant. It was really disappointing and disgusting.

This McDonald's situation has gone too bad. No stocks on napkins, ketchup empty, all tables and chairs were not clean. Service slow.

This McDonald's is your typical fast food establishment. The staff here are generally friendlier compared to other McDonald's locations. However, the new system that all McDonald's have implemented does not seem to be effective from a customer's point of view. The lines appear to be longer and customers seem to be frustrated during our visits. On a positive note, the coffee served here is excellent.

I waited 20 minutes for my small order at a nearly empty restaurant. The employees were socializing and seemed to be distracted.

This store has apparently recently become a corporate location. That being said, maybe they can finally address the terrible service at most of there locations since the installation of the automated cashiers (FRED). I visited this location for breakfast and again it was a 28...minute wait from the time I entered the store to the time we received our food. Most of the food was cold and I did not have anther half an hour to complain and get hot food. Terrible job McDonalds.
