Kelsey's Neighborhood Bar & Grill

My husband and I often have date nights at Kelsey's and we always receive excellent service and delicious food. The bartender Samantha is extremely friendly and welcoming to everyone. It's always a pleasure to see her smiling face. Thank you.

I ordered the steak and shrimp with potatoes and vegetables. The broccoli appeared to have leftovers on it so I chose not to eat it. The shrimp was satisfactory but the steak I ordered medium well was cooked rare instead. I asked for a replacement and they brought me a new steak, but it was still undercooked and tough. I was very disappointed with their service. They brought me the bill without any apologies. I will not be returning to Bolton Kelsey. Bolton definitely needs a better steakhouse. Someone please help.

I ordered dinner for 6 people through Skip the Dishes. Unfortunately, the chicken fingers we received were inedible. When I called Kelseys to inform them, the manager stated that once the food leaves their premises, it is no longer their responsibility. I believe that since Kelseys prepared the food, they should take responsibility for what they send to customers. These companies should prioritize taking care of the people they serve. Ate at many Kelsey's sites, but this is missing from the usual Kelsey's quality. Eating was Bland and you can not feel away how you needed to vibrate vinegar to rinse the fat. The staff was so much respect for them by serving under-courts that reflect on their tip.

With the COVID restrictions easing, the patio was open and not at all crowded for a couple of visits at lunch and in the evening. The staff is friendly and efficient while the food was good and of reasonable portion size.
