FineArt - Boltenhagen

During our stay we eat three times in fine art. The menu is clear, but certainly has something for every taste. Especially the well-tuned and creative supplements that were certainly not TK, and freshly prepared. Everything tasted perfectly. Absolute highlight is the Anti Pasta as a starter. I haven't seen so much choice yet. And partly homemade. The staff is very friendly, but perhaps somewhat overloaded, which is easy to apologize for the Corona requests. I'm looking forward to the next time.

Since we are as good as regular guests at the hotel, we are also very often in fine art. Breakfast is very extensive and super tasty. Unfortunately, you need to look for a table at peak times rather long. Dinner in the evening (shadow always a 3 course menu is worth every cent. Very delicious... drinks are proud. Here too, not everything is smooth during peak times. You have to wait some time for a waiter. But recommended!!

I ate the recommended menu and was very surprised. A dream!!!! Carpaccio from the cow with Rucola Sous vide boiled calf sweet orange chocolate cream were of course met special wishes. The service was very friendly and attentive. An absolute recommendation!

Super good restaurant. Price performance more than fine. I tried all fish dishes, there were real taste explosions.

We ate here for 4 evenings and were very enthusiastic about every dish! The service is very dedicated and friendly.
