Osteria Del Borgo Dentro - BOLSENA

Lovely spot for a quiet and exceptional meal the fire is so cozy and it is beautifully decorated ! We have dined here several times since January 2022 and have found Borgo Dentro to be consistently outstanding, both in quality of meals and in service. The owner/chef is extremely kind and welcoming; the staff is helpful and efficient. The manu is creative, offering different twists on dishes, as well as traditional favorites prepared and presented with exceptional skill and care. The below ground level location is cozy and fun we look forward to dining in the garden as the weather improves. Borgo Dentro has our highest recommendation and we wish them tremendous success!

I liked this place before. But this time, the service was terrible and the food was not tasty! Don’t waste your money.

Specialises in good quality local recipes, very reasonably priced. We recommend the wild boar stew which was very tender and the mixed platter of starters. Vegetarians are accommodated with several options. There were many locals eating here which is a good sign and it does get quite lively. Nice friendly staff.
