It was like the five of us were sitting in my grandma 's kitchen. First off, don 't expect a big menu or wine list, just get seated and let them take care of you. After we had decided on water (still or frizzante) and wine (red, white or sparkling) the waiter says, no order, we bring food or words to that effect. Four different antipasti plates arrived in short order. Two with fish, anchovies and a fried smelt-like fish and two with veggies in olive oil. All delicious and all eaten. The waiter then comes with the dinner choices, three or four primi and, I think, two secondi. We never got past the primi. Two ordered tortelloni, two had orecchietti and I had ravioli in various sauces and such. By the time we all tried a bit of one another 's I forgot the actual descriptions. We managed to save room for dolce, a little sorbietto, gelato and a tart. The staff was great and brought some limoncello for us to enjoy at the end of our meal. We just might return tonight to see what they have to offer!

Just had the most delicious meal here tonight with charming hosts Robbie and Red. Three lovely antipasti dishes, pasta and dessert with a good sangiovese and finished off with coffee and a digestif. Throw in water and bread and this came to the princely sum of 60 Euro for two. We would have happily paid much more.Grazie, molto bene!

I wish I could give our evening more than 5 stars. Everything was perfect. There were no menus. Robbie, the owner, would describe what he was going to make for us, and then bring course after course of deliciously prepared food. Besides the outstanding food, Robbie's warmth and friendliness made the evening truly special. It's also worth mentioning that a four course meal with an excellent bottle of wine cost about the same as two plates of pasta in the center of town.
