Bidrage med feedbackVery difficult for a bolognese to find a decent traditional restaurant these days and plus give it 5/5 stars. But Sandro was a beautiful surprise! The owner has that fake grumpy attitude of the traditional Bolognese oste, the food is delicious. The gramigna with sausage ragù was homemade and delicious, the tortellini you got to try Sandro's way (nutmeg and parmesan at the bottom of the plate), and the Bolognese cutlet was yummy. Try the gelato with balsamic vinegar, it's really something!
While arriving you feel at home from the start. The owner welcomes you like you are part of the Familia. Going to a table, a ham is looking at you ready to be eaten. After an antipasti made of the best local food, and a delicious dish of pasta, we ended with a speciality of ice cream made of cream and incredible balsamic vinegar: delicious and unexpected. Beautiful location and such tasty food! My friend had their pumpkin and rabbit risotto and I had the rabbit with balsamic vinegar... both were excellent! When I asked what options were gluten free, they pointed me at the appropriate things, and even brought me gluten free bread and dessert.
Typical restaurant warm and welcoming. . .sourtellini and ice cream with vinegar plan!
Eaten very well, eye only at the price of covered and sweets.
