We were only stopping by Bologna for the afternoon and this meal made us wish we could stay! Absolutely delicious food on every plate. Truly one of the best meals I have ever had start to finish!
Stumbled on this place as we had only just arrived in Bologna and hadn’t booked anywhere. What a great find it turned out to be. We were taken downstairs to the cellar restaurant which is really pretty. The food was excellent with the waiter taking pains to describe everything to us. We had a lovely fish mouse amuse bouch, followed by a delicious platter of mortadella and Parma ham with fritelli. This was followed by cotolette of pork for my husband and beef cheeks in red wine sauce for me, all delicious. We couldn’t manage desert but the owner bought us each a small slice of the rice cake desert with a foam to try which he didn’t charge us for and was very nice. We had a very reasonably priced bottle of local wine which we enjoyed. The service was excellent. Would definitely recommend.
There is little to comment. fantastic fish raw and follow a space fry. dry, combined with a crispy fried apple that cleans the palate. remarkable wine paper. really good.
Fantastic local, right in the center to bo. high-level kitchen. top tortellini! contained but just portions to taste the good Bolognese cuisine and much more. suggestive the inner part. The intention is to return soon! recommended for couples or groups of 4/6 people.
