Al Cambio - BOLOGNA

Great food, exceptional service, warm atmosphere. 10/10. Also, this was the best lasagna I’ve ever had in my life, and I’ve lived in Italy for almost 6 years. Highly recommended, and will certainly come back!

We stop in Bologna just to visit and try this restaurant. The food is freshly made and well presented. The taste is great!! The quality of the food is well accompanied with a friendly and warm staff. We have ordered tortellini in brodo, tagliatelle al ragù, passatelli e guancia di manzo. Everything was very tasty and delicious!

I wish I could write nicely about Al Cambio but I will never know thanks to their terrible customer service. Two Weeks ago I emailed them asking if a table for two was available, they replied back asking if I wanted to confirm, when I replied that I would like that I was expecting a confirmation email from them, I got nothing. I emailed them three times over the next two weeks asking for confirmation but was completely ignored. They replied at 7:30 on the Saturday, thirty minutes before the requested time and by then we had been forced to make different arrangements because of their lack of communication. I can only put this unprofessionalism down to arrogance or incompetence, thankfully there are many great restaurants in Bologna who value their customers, i would advise those reading this to choose those instead.

Tagliatelle with ragù, tortellini in brodo and lasagne on top of the tradition of Bologna. Good also meat, excellent desserts and level restaurant service. Service: dinner in type Pasto: Lunch

Good food but the strong part of the restaurant is undoubtedly the waiter Domenico, really attentive to every detail, kind and witty! He made us feel at home now!
