I'd like to give 0 stars, but it's not possible. Reservation made for the 1st Christmas holiday in November, then again 2 times by phone contact due to queries. For many years known, many festivals celebrated there. So we were there on December 25th with 13 people (including some children) and there was no reservation. The boss was absolutely arrogant and unfriendly, shoved the blame on us. No search for a solution or the like. We like to be on 27.12. her answer was coming back. That's what's under all the mess the Alblick will never see us again!!!

Reserved for 13 people for the Christmas buffet on 16.11. When we arrived yesterday, the reservation was very unfriendly and we were sent back home. Incredible!!! There's nothing to happen!! Never again!

Have dinner at the restaurant today. Good civic cuisine, very friendly operators. Had the Schnitzel variants with salad,was ok. As an appetizer we got a little appetite tap that tasted great. Price was okay. A little more time you should bring, waited for over 1 hour to the main course.

We have fed to star level; Service was very accommodating and attentive. We'll be back.
