White Castle Bolingbrook

White castle was earlier open 24 hours, now they need to catch them open, late it can be a hit or not a miss. the new original slider I don't like. I wish they brought back tweeper rings instead of tweeper chips. I like that they are mozzarella sticks and I wish they brought back the different types of cheese, especially the ghost cheese. the Jalapeno cheese is ok, but lately it wasn't so spicy their shakes aren't what they weren't thick enough before. I like the loaded pommes. my children love the chicken rings. the breakfast sandwiches are underestimated many people would be surprised how good they are.

Our service with large, eating was hot and ready within minutes and the lobby bathroom were clean. always like to pass this special white castle! they also made a great job with the drive-thru traffic!

I wish I could give a zero star! every worker is completely slow and careless. drive it draw takes hours to time. it is puppy almost food not sitting in my car and tail all my gas eating! sa in the drive was threatened over an hour and still getting cold eating! this place needs better workers or management. or both because this is by far the worst place I've ever been.

I had to wait forever for a hamburger, because the person before me had a great order and they would think that the people who run the window know to get out and give someone to their hamburger instead of running them for half an hour with the gas. I will not go back

Horrible! Just Horrible! Got in from out of town. Stopped there around 9:50 PM,. Ordered 2 double sliders and small fry. Got home, the meat was old and hard!! Whatever they fired those sliders and fries in was old grease. Just nasty. Had to throw it all out. You don't serve customers that ****!! Its like it has been sitting out all day and just was hard, old and nasty! No wonder White Castle is going out of business. Use to be a really good restaurant.
