Worse service we have ever had here. We arrived at 5 and waited about 15 minutes for a table. No big deal as it was New Year's Eve and a little busy. We were sited and our waitress came right over and asked us what we wanted to drink. 30 minutes later she returned with 2 of the three drinks and said she would be right back for our order. Waited until 10 to 15 minutes and she came by and said I will be right back with your other drink. My husband says stop take our order first as we are seeing people that came in after us were already getting their food . Needless to say it was another 30 minutes to get our salad and food. This whole adventure was almost 2 and a half hours. Then the lasagna tasted like it was store bought and then cooked real fast. It was terrible. This will be the last time I give them my service. The waitress was by far the worse we have ever had. If your time is important go to someplace else.

Sadly this is the first time I feel a need to post a review. Visiting here for our Daughters B-day just as we got seated I kindly notified the staff that the bathroom needed attention due to being out of SOAP. Our table neighbors felt neglected by their waitress and let them know they had not seen their server for almost half an hour. We get it, we know it 's rough out there and they are short staffed. My food was missing an item and I was told it would be taken care of right away. The food tasted good but the larger portion I opted for was not what was promised, I don 't eat much and I was looking forward to leftovers. So by the time we polished off our meal it was an additional 20 minutes with our empty plates stacked up before a check was handed to us. We then waited another 15 minutes before my spouse went to the bathroom and told me the soap was still out. We then walked to the front of the restaurant to give them our bill and CC so we could pay up. At that moment we ran into our waitress I asked about my extra items that were promised but still not brought to me and the empty soap dispenser in the bathroom. The laughed it off and said I 'll get right on it. And we 've got other bathrooms. It would have been good to know the information about the extra bathroom 80 minutes prior. Sadly we were not discounted on our meal at all other than their birthday promotion for our daughter. Drinks were never refreshed. During the entire time the staff was friendly and not frantic but we could tell they needed additional members on their team. Although it would have been nice to feel validated in our simple requests.

Took forever, the food was okay but not worth the wait time at all. Server was trying his best but overall not worth it

This used to be my favorite place to eat pasta! But, the other day I went in with my service dog. Not only was I refused to be seated, they were very rude! I understand people might try to bring an animals all the time, but my dog is an actual service dog and is trained. In the past, they have seated me in the back away from the other customers, and it was no problem. This time they were so mean that I will never go back! I understand and respect the rules, but there was no need to be rude!

Okay food but pretty slow. didn't even get to order for a long time. vibes were ok but no one was in here and still took forever. although people were nice
