I was in the airport and I was just very rudely asked to leave my table in the common area. It's not marked. It's in the open area. No signs saying don't sit here, no ropes or stations separating the common area from Bardenay area. They just ruined mylunch and upset my stomach. The waitress and the bartender. Extremely rude. Wrong profession...no customer service. Yes I wasgoing to order a drink but they do not have what I asked for a Diet Sprite, as to avoid the sugars and caffeine before myflight. Which they said they do not have. Seriously if it's your area separate it or mark it with a sign so people know. Don'tact like rude aholes when a person is sitting and trying to eat their food. There is nothing showing if you ordered at thisplace you must sit in this area. It's a common area of the airport. It's literally called a food court.
Wow, loved this place! I wish I had taken a photo of the food before we ate it, cuz it was beautiful. Spinach pear salad, great, chimichanga different but delicious, fries were great, the chorizo soup great, french bread ok, red curry chicken wasexcellent! Dena was so sweet and kind. Not your typical airport food!
One of the only healthy options at the airport on the paper. In reality, the quality of food is very poor as well as the service. No comparison with their downtown restaurant. I had a house salad, it was not fresh. I had their lime chicken, it wasvery dry. Their supposedly freshly squeezed orange juice has all the characteristics of an industrial juice. And the serviceperson was totally unpleasant. Regular traveler in the Boise airport, I will not go back to this place.
Dont waste your time here. I stood at the front of the restaurant reviewing the menu located in a case. A server comes to address me saying FYI, we are cash only . I said ok but was taken back by not being welcomed to the establishment or given aseat. I decided to sit down and give it a shot despite the lack of service. I dat at my seat while other guests were beingtreated the same way. I saw many potential customers leave because it was cash only. After waiting at my seat for about 10minutes I had not been approached by any employee thus I kindly asked an employee for a menu. She yelled I 'm getting to it and scurried away. This was the same employee that dismissed me at the door. After I had a moment to think about this I decidedthat I didn 't want to be a bother and that another restaurant might appreciate my business more and give me some courtesy. Ileft. It didn 't look like they were short staffed, not that it would excuse the behavior. For your reference it was 7/25 atabout 630 p.m.
