Bellini Centro Internacional - Bogotá

After a visit in the museo nacional I went to bellini. although it was very busy, I found the service to be excellent. I immediately got a table and within few minutes my order was taken. I ordered a glass of red chilean wine with my pasta. the wee was good. However, I found my pasta (penne with sweet and pesto sauce) a little uninspiring, not enough taste what is a shame because, as I said, the service is good. the prices reflect the opposite. I had no dessert, but there was a good choice.

In the middle of the new centro internacional area, actually located in a floor of a historic building, there is a beautiful white restaurant. again I had no luck: I made more than days in advance a reservation for a business dinner, and as we were there, there was no reservation confirmed. menu special: spaguettis and lobster. not the best choice. I don't think you should order a lobster if you're not in the carabiner, in the middle sea or in another place on the sea. service as it happened in most restaurants in bogota was hardly the average. waiter don't know who ordered a fish that ordered a meeting, so the waiter had to scream around the table that ordered a lobster? a great recommendation: milhoja as dessert. a very soft creampatissire, where thin layers of filo teig were used perfectly, instead of traditional milhojas puff. since the main court was not the best, dessert and helbal tee were only magie, so customers and talk made this a great midday.

Bellini offers excellent Italian cuisine in a beautiful environment - the old Bavarian beer house. it is a very popular place to be served at midday, so plan either to come and order immediately or have a long wait to be served. some of us had calf dishes and all were excellent, although the osso buco included a long waiting period. the pasta courts, whether be juxtaposed or main dishes, were also very good. a covered parking space is available for the building.
