Taco Bell - Bogalusa

I ordered my food online for 615pm. Paid online. I get there, no one in the lobby one truck in front of me. Food was not ready. Food still not ready by 630pm. Was not refunded any money and about 10 minutes into my drive home I received a notification saying my order was ready. After I told her to cancel

Was informed right off the bat that there was a 30 minute wait on beef. Hubby always gets three crunchy tacos and three soft tacos, so he wanted to leave. Unfortunately, we couldn't get out of line because there were three cars in front of us that had already ordered and one car pulled up behind us so we couldn't back out. So I just got a chicken quesadilla and my husband got steak burrito. Not the best quesadilla but not the worst- he liked his steak burrito. This taco bell has the most limited options compared to any other taco bell I've been to. Probably won't go back to this location unless they bring back the nacho fries!

On a Friday, right before dinner time, this location was supposedly 'out ' of their nacho fries. I was told they couldn 't do the Chalupa cravings box or the nacho fries cravings box because of this. I 've never heard such ridiculousness before...Get it together!!! Extremely disappointed with this location...
